Ultimate Outsider Program Deadline on Sunday

This is the last weekend to snap a photo in one of South Carolina’s 47 state parks and win a prize. Through the Ultimate Outsider Program of the South Carolina Parks Recreation and Tourism Department, people are encouraged to visit all 47 state parks. Then snap photos and enter the “Making Memories” photo contest. This Sunday, May 31 is the spring season submission deadline.
