Upstate Cities make Top 10 on Bible Minded List

Part of the “Bible Belt,” the Upstate of South Carolina is known for its large number of Christians in the area and a new study recognizes that religious faith. The American Bible Study recently released its second annual study of the most and least Bible-minded cities. The study ranks the cities on the scale of one to 100, from most-to-least minded. The Anderson-Greenville-Spartanburg area came in seventh for the most Bible-minded metro areas.  The study reports their numbers based off more than 46,000 phone and online interviews during a 7-year period. The study defines a “Bible-minded” person as someone who read a Bible within the past seven days and “agrees strongly with the accuracy of the Bible.” To read the entire list visit http://www.americanbible.org/features/americas-most-bible-minded-cities.
