US Air Force Reservist presents Flag to Seneca City Council

An American Flag that flew during wartime overseas will soon be prominently displayed at Seneca City Hall. Marion Smith, a Flying Crew Chief with the United States Air Force Reserves and an employee of Seneca Light and Water, presented the flag to the Seneca City Council at their April regular meeting. Seneca Utilities Director Bob Faires contacted the local American Legion Post to have a flag folding ceremony in front of council before it was received. Once framed, the flag will be on display at Seneca City Hall for everyone to see.
