Walhalla Man Charged with Torturing Animals

Acording to jail records, on Thursday Oconee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 29 year-old Simeon Jacob Nix on two counts each of abandonment of animals and ill treatment – torture – of animals. He remains in custody at the Oconee County Detention Center pending bond.
