WCA calling on Directors

A call is going out for directors.  The Walhalla Civic Auditorium seeks individuals interested in directing plays at the Auditorium, explains executive director Bill Chiusano.  “Our next season, which for us starts in July and goes through June of 2015, we are looking to get some new community theatre directors.  We have some shows that we would like to do but we just need some directors to do them and we are looking at five or six for next year.  The first will be in August, the next one will be October, then one in January, March, April and then June again.  If anybody has any experience as a community theatre director and would like to do a play at the Civic Auditorium, just give us a call.” The job does pay, adds Chiusano.  “We do pay our directors, I mean it is not something you do for free, so there is some money to be had there if you are interested just give us a call.” If you are interested in serving as a community theatre director for the Walhalla Civic Auditorium, call the box office at 864-638-5277.
