Weapons, Larceny and Domestic Violence Charges Filed Against Suspects in Separate Investigations

Adrian Cuttino Holland

51-year-old Adrian Cuttino Holland was arrested by the Seneca Police Department on Monday. Holland was taken into custody on multiple charges, including shoplifting, reckless driving, and carrying an unlawful weapon. The total bond amount set by the judge is $46,282.50. Additionally, Holland is being held on a probation and parole violation warrant. A man from Walhalla has been arrested on grand larceny charges.

Robert Wayne Durham

In Walhalla, police have arrested a 31-year-old man from Easley on a charge of grand larceny of an automobile. According to police, the victim reported that on December 3rd of last year, she left a rider inside her car, along with the keys and her purse, while she attended a funeral at the Potter’s Church on South John Street. When she returned, her black 2016 Kia Soul was missing, along with the passenger. The suspect, Robert Wayne Durham, 31, was taken into custody by the Walhalla Police Department on Tuesday. Durham was charged with grand larceny of over $2,000 but less than $10,000. He is currently being held on a $15,000 surety bond, set by a judge. In addition, should he be released on bond, he will be required to wear an electronic monitoring device.

 

Bobby Justin Peay

Bobby Justin Peay, 29, was arrested by the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday. He has been charged with three separate warrants. The first warrant is for resisting arrest, the second is for domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature, and the third is for assault and battery in the third degree. As of now, no bond has been set for any of these charges and he remains in custody at the Oconee County Detention Center.
