West Union Looks at Possible Park

The West Union Town Council has a vision for a park on Main Street that will benefit the community. Mayor Linda Oliver held a workshop meeting Monday morning to discuss the plans for the park at 1210 W. Main Street. Councilwoman Dixie Meeks said they hope to get a grant for a park that will have a gazebo, a walking trail, and more. The workshop agreed to contact a professional grader to see what’s possible.
