West Union selects Smith as Clerk-Treasurer

A part-time worker at West Union Town Hall will serve as the new clerk-treasurer. At their recent meeting, the West Union Town Council approved Shelia Smith to succeed Cecelia Atkins as clerk-treasurer. On Feb. 29, Atkins retires after years of service as clerk-treasurer for the Town of West-Union.
