Westminster City Council Meets Tonight

Second and final reading of a controversial ordinance and budget amendment is on the agenda for a special City Council meeting in Westminster tonight.

The agenda includes a 20% rate increase on sewer and water.

The meeting is being held at the Westminster Depot and begins at 6:00PM tonight.
