Westminster Council Meeting Tuesday

The City of Westminster is set to hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, April 9 at 6:00pm, where they will honor significant community contributions, including the West-Oak Warrior Wrestling team’s state championship and the retirement of Pat Burton after 18 years of service.

The council will also address routine business, such as approving minutes from previous meetings and considering proposals for economic development incentives and fair housing provisions.

Additionally, new resolutions will be discussed, including one that formalizes priorities set during a recent retreat and another adopting a Fats, Oils, and Grease Control Program to improve sewer systems. The meeting on Tuesday is being held at the city fire department and is open to the public.
