Westminster Library to celebrate Mickey and Minnie Mouse’s Birthday

The Westminster Branch of the Oconee County Public Library will celebrate Mickey and Minnie Mouse’s birthday on Nov. 18 at 4pm. Kids ages 4 and up are invited to help celebrate with games, cake, prizes, and a craft where each child will make their own mouse ears.
