Westminster Man Charged with Serious Offenses

On Tuesday afternoon, Westminster Police arrested 56 year-old Sonny Sloan Peay of a Huff Street address in Westminster and charged him with multiple offenses including Distribution of Meth, Disturbing the Peace, Discharging a Firearm, Resisting Arrest and stolen handguns.

Bond was set at $73,5000 and at this time he remains in custody at the Oconee County Detention Center.
