Westminster Police arrest Couple on Multiple Drug Charges

A Westminster couple faces multiple drug charges after their arrest this week.  As part of an undercover drug operation by the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office, 37-year-old Jesse Logan Waters and 31-year-old Anita Crystal Waters were arrested on Thursday.  They stand charged with distribution of methamphetamine, distribution of methamphetamine within proximity of a school and possession of marijuana second offense.  Mr. Waters also faces trafficking and resisting arrest charges.  Both are being held at the Oconee County Detention Center awaiting bond hearings.
