Westminster Police arrest Man for Attempted Murder

An early morning incident last Friday at an apartment complex in Westminster has culminated in attempted murder charges. The Westminster Police Department reports 30-year-old Dennis James Duncan of Duncan Valley Road in Westminster stands charged in an incident in which a 28-year old man, whose name was not released, was stabbed outside Westminster East Apartments. The police quote an emergency room doctor as saying the victim suffered two lacerations, both of which could have possibly been fatal.
