While Restaurant Patrons Are Allowed To Dine In, Many Eateries Delay Offering Sit Down Inside Option

Governor Henry McMaster announced that close contact service providers like barbers and salons, along with fitness centers, commercial gyms, and public or commercial pools will be able to open in a limited capacity on Monday, May 18. Restaurants in South Carolina were allowed to restart dine in services yesterday at a limited capacity. While several area restaurants, including some in historic downtown Seneca, chose to immediately reopen their dining rooms, numerous places have decided to postpone the dine in option for patrons for another few days, in order to prevent overwhelming an already limited amount of employees.
