Upstate Unemployment Rates on the rise

For the fourth consecutive month, South Carolina’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate dropped to 8.3% in November from the October estimate of 8.6%.  The unemployment rate has fallen 1.5 percentage points since November of last year.
