South Carolina will host Clemson at 7pm on Saturday, November 30. ESPN2 will televise the contest nationally from a sold-out Williams-Brice Stadium in Columbia. The Gamecocks open as the early 5-point favorite to win the game.

Junior forward K.J. McDaniels had his first career double-double and scored a game-high 21 points to lead Clemson to a 71-57 victory over archrival South Carolina at Littlejohn Coliseum on Sunday. The win pushed Clemson’s record to 3-0 on the young season, while the loss dropped South Carolina to 1-2 overall.

In the latest BCS standing released Sunday, Clemson climbs to #7, while South Carolina drops to #11. Alabama and FloridaState remain the top two teams in the standings.

Thanks to four field goals from Elliot Fry and a stifling second-half defense, No. 11 South Carolina (8-2, 6-2 SEC) downed Florida (4-6, 3-5 SEC) 19-14 at Williams-Brice Stadium on Saturday night. South Carolina sophomore Mike Davis is one of 10 semifinalists for the 2013 Doak Walker Award presented to the nation’s top running back. Davis leads the SEC and ranks 11th in the country in rushing at 117.6 yards per game.

The Clemson Tigers dominated the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets Thursday night for a 55-31 win at Death Valley in Memorial Stadium. Clemson quarterback Tajh Boyd passed for 340 yards and accounted for five touchdowns. Clemson is done with ACC play now, finishing with a 7-1 mark. The Tigers host Citadel next weekend before heading to Columbia for the season finale against South Carolina.
