Man Back in Oconee County to Face Charges from April

Theodore Adrian Montejo, 24, was transferred from the jail in Anderson County to the Oconee County Detention Center on Wednesday. He faces multiple charges, including assault and property damage, with a bond set at $125,000. His arrest in April followed a pursuit and vehicle accident on I-85. Montejo, who had stolen a marked Anderson County Sheriff’s Office Ford Explorer, was apprehended after fleeing on foot. He is now in Oconee County to face charges.
