Several Arrests on Valentine’s Day in Oconee County

Valentine’s Day wasn’t so lovely for a few people who got arrested in Oconee County.

Eduardo Eslava Aguilar

On Tuesday, according to jail records, Walhalla Police charged 37 year-old Eduardo Eslava Aguilar with two counts of resisting arrest, trafficking methamphetamine, and assaulting an officer. He was transported to the Oconee County Detention Center where he is being held on a combined $352,125.00 Surety Bond.

Megan Elizabeth Grant

Also on Tuesday, 29 year-old Megan Elizabeth Grant was charged by Sheriff’s Deputies with disorderly conduct and indecent exposure. She remains jailed pending bond.

Jerone Ray Jordan

Jerone Ray Jordan, 26, is in the Oconee County Detention Center and is being held on more than $35,000 bond for charges of malicious injury to property and his second offense for third degree burglary. He was arrested Tuesday by Oconee County Sheriff’s Deputies.

Bobby Chris McGuffin

Deputies also arrested 57 year-old Bobby Chris McGuffin on charges of vandalism related to stealing metals and disruption of service to critical infrastructure on more than ten customers. He remains jailed on $25,000 bond.

Tequila Ann Poole

Tequila Ann Poole was charged by Walhalla Police with her third or subsequent offense of meth possession. Her bond was set at $50,000 and she remains in custody at this time.
