Paraglider Injured in Accident

One person suffered a possible broken hip but was conscious when paramedics arrived at the scene of a paragliding accident Sunday afternoon in Oconee County. The incident happened around 3:00 pm Sunday afternoon near Babb Road, which is between the communities of Townville and Oakway. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
