Collin Paige McGinnis, a 32-year-old from Madison, Wisconsin, was arrested on Sunday by the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office. Murder Suspect Will Get New Attorney

61-year-old William David Morgan, from Seneca, is awaiting trial for the murder of Ronnie Lee Cobb. During an appearance in Oconee General Sessions Court, Morgan was granted permission to replace his defense attorney, Brann Fowler, with a substitute lawyer. The murder took place on February 22 at a Seneca apartment complex. A trial date has not yet been scheduled.
