Gov. Henry McMaster Suspends Pickens City Councilman Donald McKinney

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Immediately after receiving the indictment of Pickens City Councilman Donald McKinney, Governor Henry McMaster issued Executive Order 2022-38, suspending McKinney from office.
