Identity released in Chattooga River Death

The identity of the man who died Monday afternoon on the Chattooga River has been released.  Oconee County Coroner Karl Addis identified the man as 64-year-old Ralph Neal Head of Madison, Georgia.  A post mortem examination concluded that he died as a result of freshwater drowning.  His manner of death is classified as accidental.  Head was canoeing on the river […]
