(Seneca, SC)———————–The South Carolina Department of Transportation has announced that the agency will host a 2019 agency wide highway litter clean-up event tomorrow. Hundreds of employees will be volunteering to pick up litter across the roadsides in the Palmetto State. SCDOT is asking motorists to be aware of clean-up activities tomorrow along the roadsides and to use caution as necessary.
