The Pickens County Coroner’s Office said 59-year-old Tracy Harvin of Sumter, S.C. died in a single car crash Friday night around 10:30pm. It happened in Norris near Garrett Drive and North Norris Drive. Troopers with the South Carolina Highway Patrol are leading the investigation and said that Harvin was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
